Founder of the firm (established 24 June 1994), fellow member of the ICAI and commerce graduate, practicing since 1991. In-charge of the firm's taxation and audit matters; qualified DISA system auditor (2004); Ph.D. on GST on cross-border transactions (2023).

Rich experience in direct and indirect taxation laws, statutory compliances, company law, auditing, corporate finance, restructuring, profit enhancement planning, system design, non-resident exchange control regulations, and setting up liaison/project offices, STPI and 100% EOU units. General Secretary of the Tax Law Educare Society for the last nine years and chief editor of its monthly newsletter and tax publications.
